7-Day Hassle-Free Return Policy

At Best Shops PK, we offer a 7-day hassle-free return policy on all products only if the item is received in a damaged, defective, or incorrect condition. If this happens, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos or videos as proof, and we will arrange a replacement or refund as per our policy.

Please Note: We do not accept returns in the following cases:

– Change of mind after purchase

– You did not like the product

– The product did not suit you (e.g., size, color preference, etc.)

– Minor differences in color due to lighting or screen display

– Items that have been used, washed, or altered

Return Conditions:

The product must be unused, in its original packaging, with all tags intact.

Return requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the order.

Customers are required to return the item via courier; return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong or damaged item delivered).

Refunds (if applicable) will be processed after the product is received and inspected by our team.

How to return?

Contact us through Facebook, Instagram or Whatsapp. Send us some pictures of the damaged / defected product. Then we will forward you the address. You can send us the product back. Upon receiving the product we will imburse you the price of the product, delivery charges and the return delivery charges as well.
